We can take your prior tax returns and incorporate them into our tax software. From there, we can project current year tax liabilities based on current year tax information. This information can be obtained from your profit and loss statement provided by our accounting specialists.

We meet with our clients quarterly to ensure their projected tax liabilities are not a surprise! We are able to adjust estimated tax payments throughout the year based on what the monthly profit and loss statements are showing. We will also adjust your salary schedules accordingly throughout the year.

We meet with every one of our clients in the last two months of each year. We review the year to date information and make any suggestions necessary to keep your tax liabilities to a minimum.

We are constantly updating our continuing education in areas that pertain to dentistry, from bi-annual meetings with the Academy of Dental CPAs to participation in study groups and local Dental Societies.

Our continuing education efforts also extend to current changes in the tax law.
